I envision this as part of a 4 seasons 4 panel mosaic. The graphic light/dark areas will continue onto the previous (winter) and next (summer) panels. Some of the elements include Lady Slippers, a bird's nest and robin's eggs, fringed polygala and an eft.

a mosaic for the Kent Street house which will be a 'home away from home' for families with a child at Children's Hospital in Boston. The theme for this call for art was to create a work that represents home. For me, this piece represents the warmth, beauty and intimacy I associate with my family and home life.
